Sunlight and sea, ambling pathways and rustic dwellings have been Erin’s inspiration since the age of 9. Learning first from her mother and later from a variety of teachers throughout her life, she has developed a style that is relatable, thoughtful, and infused with life.
Travel has played a formidable role in her development as she relishes each opportunity to explore the warm European environs of Greece, France, and Italy as well as the Hawaiian Islands and choice locations in America the beautiful. Giving workshops allows Erin to share her zeal for painting, for adventure, and for meeting special people. Painting, studying, and teaching the subject of light is her driving force. The cool shadows of the early morning and those that fall long and warm in the evening enliven her creative soul as nothing else.
