Kristina Wentzell
The one thing that people always…always say about my work is that it makes them happy. Step into my studio or my booth and you’ll be greeted by a riot of color, lush and expressive brushwork, joyful oil paintings depicting familiar New England landscapes, flora & fauna that will make you smile. I come from a family of artists and learned to hold a brush before I was knee-high to a grasshopper (as the story goes). I studied in France with Parsons School of Design, the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design and earned my BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art. I am happiest when I am in my studio using my hands to create something beautiful.”
Kristina works in her home studio in Keene, New Hampshire. In the summers, she can be found traveling the roads of New England to art fairs and street festivals in the Happy Camper Mobile Art Gallery, a vintage 1966 DeCamp Travel Trailer converted to art showcase on wheels.
